General Shipping Information

• All orders are shipped with DHL.
• All in-stock items ship out within 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience.
• Once your order has been dispatched:
  • You will receive a DHL Tracking Number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
  • We can’t change the address / reroute the package/ adjust or swap items. So please make sure everything looks correct at checkout — your dog’s new outfit depends on it. :)

• Delivery time corresponds to the usual DHL standard transit times and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
