Refund policy

Important Information
  • Return deadline: within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Unworn and clean: We only accept items that are unworn, clean, and free from stains, pet hair, and odors with tags attached. Dirty items will not be accepted.
  • Neatly packed: Items must be neatly folded. Heavily wrinkled or washed items cannot be accepted.
  • Excluded items: B-Grade items and handmade products such as crochet scarves or tufted rugs for hygiene reasons. 
  • Return costs: The buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Return Procedure

  • Go to "View your order" in the order confirmation email or shipping notification email. 
  • Submit a return request on your order page. 
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know in the comment field which product / size / color you would like to exchange it for.
  • Send the package to us at the address mentioned above. 
  • Once we have checked your return, you will get a return request acceptance email and get your refund at your originally used payment method.

Refund Policy

If the customer is a consumer, i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity, he shall be entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

If the customer as a consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal according to the above paragraph, he has to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following cancellation policy shall apply to the right of cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Boop Boop Berlin, c/o Phan, Johanniterstr. 3, 10961 Berlin, Germany, boopberlin@gmail.com, of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The customer may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. The Customer may also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on the Boop Boop Berlin website (https://boopboopberlin.com/pages/contact). If the Customer makes use of this option, Boop Boop Berlin shall immediately (e.g. by email) send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient for the Customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, Boop Boop Berlin shall reimburse the Customer for all payments Boop Boop Berlin has received from the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Boop Boop Berlin), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which Boop Boop Berlin receives notification of the withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, Boop Boop Berlin shall use the same means of payment that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the Customer; in no case shall Boop Boop Berlin charge the Customer any fees for this repayment. Boop Boop Berlin may refuse repayment until Boop Boop Berlin has received the goods back or until the Customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Boop Boop Berlin immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which he informed Boop Boop Berlin of the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs or requests.
